Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
1 banana
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 unit of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of milk
Blueberries, yoghurt, walnuts, and maple syrup to serve
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend
Let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken (or don’t, it doesn’t really matter…)
Melt some butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry each oatcake for 2/3 minutes on each side (NOTE: when bubbles in the batter pop, they are ready to flip.)
Serve with blueberries, yoghurt, walnuts, and maple syrup.
